"I've tried at least 6 different types of hunting pants. These are the lightest weight and quickest drying while being the most durable. Add a base layer below when cold, and add a hard shell pant on top when wet or hiking through snow. The price is steep, but worth every penny."

With a good base layer they work for mid season as well. They don’t come with knee pads but there are slots so you can add them."
