"Purchased to complete system when using in areas that additional protection might be needed. While not necessary for using the Niak tent - it just completes the system. Many hours of research went into purchasing this tent system. I am very pleased with it and look forward to putting it to use in the backcountry. Bombproof system."

"This is a great footprint and a must have, I feel, for this tent. The Niak has a taped seam down the center of the floor from the door(front) to the “back” of the tent. So it is not a true bathtub floor. The taped seam appears well done, but probably a weak point for moisture over time."
