Breakdown Get fast, easy access to your binos and essential gear with this streamlined bino pack that keeps all your stuff at the ready. This binocular harness features a silent, secure magnetic one-handed front lid allowing for easy access to your binos. Additional elastic pockets deliver storage for game calls or a wind gauge and the internal lens cloth keeps your glass clean and sharp. Plus, it’s adaptable, giving you the ability to add or subtract elements to fit any given situation, season, or hunting style.
Seems like it might work well. I am not sure I will be a fan of the flip up case instead of a flip down. Although it claims it should stay open mine keeps closing.
This is by far the best bino harness I have used. The fact that it comes with the two accessory pouches (that fit a range finder perfectly) really sets it apart because very few even come with one. Having the second is great for easy access to other accessories. The way the cover folds open and stays open with magnets is really nice as well as the strap that goes around your body to hold it against your body and prevent it from any bouncing or sliding around which has been a problem with other harnesses I've used.
Their are only 2 minor things I could suggest as improvements on this harness; first, the accessory pouches open away from you, which is a good idea, but if you put something in the outer pocket (like a wind-checker bottle) that sticks up higher than the top of the pocket, it can interfere with opening the pouch lid all the way. Second, Rather than plastic tabs on the straps that hold the lids closed, I'd make them out of cloth so you have one less thing to potentially click against other gear when you're stalking in close. These are pretty nit-picky things, but there really aren't any other negatives with this harness.
It’s comfortable and has room for the things you need quick access to right there. I keep my range finder in one side pocket and my gps in the other.
I’ve tried several different brands trying to find the one that was most functional and fit the best. This one is by far the most comfortable I’ve tried. I like how it works, range finder pouch was a little too deep for me so I used my Marsupial on it and worked great. I definitely recommend!
I gave it a 4 out of 5 because the bino harness is almost perfect. I love how you get everything you need in one purchase. The magnets are not as strong as advertised. But I love how easy the rangefinder come out. I love the strap system it keep the harness tight to your body and makes it easier to maneuver.
