"I ordered Hydrate & Recover for a upcoming September sheep hunt. I had the pleasure of testing it a few days ago while overheated and dehydrated from soaking on my bee hives with suit on in over 93 degrees temps. I came in cramping and beat down. I pushed it too long in the heat. Not a better time to try this product to check taste and effects. In 20 minutes, the cramps were nearly gone. An hour later done! Flavor was excellent. mixed with full dose of water (16 oz. ). No better test or proof needed!!! It flat works!"
