Breakdown
The Razor UHD 10x50 binoculars are the newest addition to Vortex’s Ultra HD line. They feature the Abbe-Koenig prism system which makes them superior in low-light conditions. Light enough to be carried all day in a bino harness while still maintaining great functionality on a tripod. While on a tripod, the increased objective size and light transmission give these an edge on the 10x42 model, but the 10x magnification gives improved handheld stability and increased FOV over the 12x50 model. The Razor UHD 10x50 binoculars are the perfect do-it-all binocular to use in any situation.

Great pair of bino's! Can't

"Great pair of bino's! Can't wait to take them out west!"

Anthony H. (5/5)

Literal Game Changers

"I picked these up the day that goHunt announced them, and I've been blown away ever since. I came from a mid-tier optic similar to a Viper and had been happy with those for the couple years I ran them, but I was ready to make the jump to higher end glass. Was planning to go to the 10x42's, but when they 10x50's were announced I knew I had to have a pair. They're physically large, but the barrel length allows for plenty of real estate to hold onto. They balance well in hand as well as on a tripod. The biggest factor is low light performance. On the first hunt I took them on, my buddy and I got to our glassing knob WAY before first light. We sat down, set up the tripods, mounted binos, and both looked into the glass at about the same time. He was running Viper 10x42's at the time and I had these UHD's. He immediately pipes up and says "well, it's too dark to see anything, I'm gonna make breakfast." To which I replied "what are you talking about, if there was deer on the bench below us I could score him." He didn't believe me, until he looked through mine. I gained a legitimate 35 minutes of additional glassing over the Vipers in the morning. He sat there waiting for the sun to come out, straining his eyes struggling to see something, while I casually and comfortably glassed all morning long. These UHD's earned their keep that first morning, but after running them all the rest of the season, I cannot recommend these enough. It blows my mind when people make comments about the size. Yes they're large, but the specs are spelled out below. There's smaller binos out there if size is what matters to you, but the optical performance is what really makes the difference with these. I carry them for everything from early season archery to late season rifle and everything in between. You don't see a huge difference in mid day, but when the light is poor and the animals are moving, that's where they shine. Get on them!"

Very Good Bino

"Going into some detail in hopes to help others. My previous binoculars were the Diamondback 10x50. I also compared these to the Vortex UHD 8x42 and the Swarovski NL Pure 10x42. These are right up there with the NL Pure. They offer a very sharp, clear and bright image. I did extensive field testing against my Diamondback 10x50s. There is no question they let in more light and are much clearer. However, I was surprised that they weren't leaps and bounds better than the Diamondbacks especially during full light hours. My expectations might of been too high. Ultimately, I'm giving these 4 stars instead of 5 because I find the eye relief to be a little picky when hand holding. As in, it was challenging to get full FOV without playing with it. Kind of like a rifle scope that isn't set right for you. When I tested the NL pure 10x42, every time I brought them up to my eye boom full FOV no messing around. I suspect its because the eyecups on the UHD don't offer very granular adjustment, more like 3-4 set positions. However, when using a Tripod, I don't have the eye relief issue, as I set the eyecups at their shortest position. Hope that makes sense. Overall, very solid bino. It has elevated my glassing capabilities for sure."
