First pair of 15x

"Have been using 10x42s on a tripod but wanted some more detail out to some longer ranges. Got a chance to use these on a javelina trip this January. I glassed up a pack at 800 yds. Was able to watch them and see pretty good detail. I compared to my 10's that live in my bino harness and while I could make them out the 15's made it much easier to see. Just had to get familiar to the smaller field of view when trying to relocate animals after looking away. I get about 10-15 days or so behind the glass each year. I would say for the price these are great. If I spent more days in the field I may want to upgrade in quality, but I think for the average Joe these fit the bill. I did notice a little glare when the sun was perfectly to the side of me in the eye piece but moved a little and that fixed it. Overall, very happy with this purchase."

Great glass

"I know that better glass exists, but these binos are excellent choices. The 56mm objective makes everything appear very visible, even at dusk. I prefer the over my 10x42 diamondbacks any day"

Great Big Glass Bang for the Buck

"First off, if you buy these expecting to have an "Alpha" or even an "Alpha-2" type of glass experience, keep shopping. That said, they're really awesome in their little niche. I picked these up in the fall of 2021 because I was curious about "big eye" glassing. I use my 10's from a tripod consistently, but sometimes I just want a bit more optical reach. I don't always like carrying a spotter in the backcountry, but I didn't have the financial means to invest in a high dollar pair of big binos. I picked these up for a great price and figured they would give me an idea if I liked big optics for backcountry work. To say I'm impressed is an understatement! My chest binos are the 10x50 Razor UHD's, and while the 15x Diamondbacks don't compare to the UHD's optically, they hold their own better than I thought. They're bright and lightweight, and I've never had any eye fatigue or headaches from using them. One day, I'll upgrade to some Alpha 18's. But until that day, I'll happily continue to use them! From a guy who runs some high end optics, these are arguably the best sub $400 binos I've seen!"
