This is the last flip cap you will ever need! Virtually indestructible, this cap will fit snugly on nearly all Vortex Optics and features a snap flat spring that will keep your line of sight unobstructed. Rifle ranges all over the world are littered with broken flip caps. This is one cap you will most likely never see in a flip cap boneyard. The E-10 cap has three stop positions. The first vertical, to put your dope disk (optional accessory) literally right in your face. The second at a 45° and the third at 90° to lay flat back.
The E-10 fits all Vortex Riflescopes except the 1-inch tube Viper model VPR-M-01BDC, VPR-M-04BDC and VPR-M-03BDC. Outside diameter: 41.5-46 mm | 1.6-1.8 inches

"It does the job, on my other rifle its become just loose enough that when you flip the cap up the rubber portion will slides up a little (assuming from dust that has worked it way between) its not ideal but still good enough to warrant one for my other scope for the protection and to keep the snow/rain/mud out."

"I don't normally have scope lens covers but last year in MT I was trying to blow snow out of my scope during a storm so decided to solve that problem with these lens caps. Works as expected, it comes with round stickers you can place inside the lens cap with your dope on it and that was a pleasant surprise, I didn't expect that."
