"The spotting scope had an air bubble or scratch inside on one of the prisms or internal lenses. I tried to clean the exterior lenses with the supplied vortex cleaning cloth with no luck. I called Vortex and they overnighted a new spotting scope to me with stickers and a hat. overall, really happy with the vortex warranty, but pretty sad that they shipped a defective scope like that from their factory. Overall, a pretty clear, light weight, compact design, and easy to use spotter scope for the back country."
