At just 34oz, it delivers sit-to-stand and prone conversion capabilities in a size built for the pack. At the core of the Tricer-AD is the patent-pending Tri-Tek removable center column. With the glove-friendly cam lock lever, you can quickly adjust height or remove the column altogether to swap between long and short configurations. Compact in design—smaller in diameter than a Nalgene bottle—the Tri-Tek column stows easily without taking up valuable space. Paired with the AD’s revolutionary inverted leg design, this system delivers unmatched stability and adaptability in the backcountry. "The tripod does exactly what I purchased it for. I have a TwoVets Recon Inverted V2 and the fit and finish is much higher quality, BUT the feature set of Tricer is perfect for my use. I threw a Wiser Ridge Warden on it and was able to shave about 3 lbs off of my TwoVets setup without giving up too much. I'm still able to hit vital-sized targets while sitting tripod which is well beyond what I will be hunting at. Took in out in the rain on a bear hunt, and it took a couple of days to fully dry out and some legs were hard to manipulate when wet, but overall it functioned and saved the weight. I'll still take my TwoVets on shorter pack-ins, but the Tricer is my goto for longer treks. I'll never go back to a non-inverted setup and Tricer even squeezed a mini hex wrench on board which really made my day! Overall, it's a solid tripod and if I didn't have the TwoVets to compare the fit and finish to, It'd be a full five stars."
