The Sky 5900 blends the function of a front panel zip with the versatility of the proven Sky design. The large front panel zip allows quick access to virtually the entire pack while the Sky design offers excellent compression. The Sky 5900 can go from a 4300 cubic bivy mode to full volume 5900 cubic inches with a lid. Add the load shelf volume of 2500+ cubic inches to bring the overall max volume to 8000 cubic plus. Anything from day trips to multi-week trips, the 5900 has it covered. A 22" front vertical pocket is incorporated for a spotting scope, sized to fit the largest of glass. Attachment points for Swing Out Pockets are located just inside the zipper for quick access to small items needed along the trail. A large open-top pocket is located on each side for the carry of a tripod, water bottle, or the stock of a rifle.
Which Stone Glacier Frame Is Right For You
Stone Glacier makes two ultralight, load-hauling hunting frames: the Krux and the Xcurve. Both frames are compatible with every SG bag and each feature adjustable lumbar support and an integrated Load Shelf rated for 150+ lbs.
The key difference between the two frames is: the Krux Frame uses straight carbon stays and the Xcurve Frame uses curved carbon stays. This difference accounts for the two most common back shapes and allows the wearer to achieve a comfortable fit depending on the size of their torso and the shape of their back.

"Super comfortable pack and same old stone glacier quality as always. Can’t wait to get some miles with it."
"Nice pack so far. I think I need to possibly stop into bozeman and get a great fit.. little tight in the shoulders but saved my lower... so far I'm liking it took it out for the first time since I got it over the winter.. had it loaded for close 70lbs for a trip I have planned into Idaho this season. And don't see myself having many issues with this pack. Very nicely built."
