Great pants

"Bought these to wear during NRL hunter matches. The waist adjustment, side zips, and knee pad sleeves are all well thought out. They’re comfortable to wear all day and the fit is good. Things I don’t like, the belt loops are a bit snug for the arcade belt I prefer to wear, the material is too noisy to bowhunt with, IMO, and the side pockets could use another fastener or a zipper."

Great pants!

"I bought them for turkey hunting and a lightweight option for whitetail. While I wouldn't describe them as super light, I still think they're a good weight for what I'm looking for. They have a level of ruggedness that I appreciate and allow me to hunt aggressively while in the turkey woods. They're strong enough to hold up when going through brush and crawling around, but light enough to where I'm not overheating. The zippers on the side are awesome and have used them a ton when walking in and out, or just venting when the temps rise. The lack of a button or traditional clasp through me, but I don't mind the unconventional belt sort of closure. Would highly recommend!"

Poor

"Stay away from these lites, the Velcro zipper system, waist cinch, and knees are all severely under performing, Velcro has completely failed and leaves me looking like my fly is open, cinch system would work okay if the pants fit to your exact size, and knees both have formed holes in them, I have about 700 miles in these pants and very unimpressed, I have $100 pairs of Sitka pants that have been more durable and don’t have useless features than have lasted 8-10 years through multiple washes and countless seasons"

These are great pants!

"Really like these. I'm generally a size 31x32 or 32x32 in jeans. Purchased the mediums, fit was spot on. At 5'10" 165lbs they fit with room for base layer. Have a little stretch to them, yet still durable. They do make a little "swooshy" noise while walking, so if you're a hardcore archery spot and stalk person that might be something to keep in mind. Only real complaint is I wish the pants came with knee pads. But overall, super pleased!"

Contour Waist System = MONEY

"I purchased these pants for an Alaska Caribou hunt. I have the regular SG De Havilland pant and they held up great for my elk hunt this past fall. I like the fit and feel of the pant as well as the full-length side zippers to dump heat when necessary. The Contour Waist system is great feature, after a few days in the backcountry it allows you to cinch the pants just a bit tighter and removes the need for a belt."

This pant is perfect for

"This pant is perfect for me while spring bear hunting or summer scouting, I’ve been wearing Sitka mountain pants for years until they got hard to buy. Now I’ve switched to both the de haviland lite and original and I love the quality and fit and the fact they have a long hip bent"

Been on the search for

"Been on the search for the perfect hunting pants and I think these are the closest so far. The adjustable zipper system is fantastic, and the features of the dual zip ventilation, knee pads, and internal belt are all great. I do wish they were just a tad slimmer."

Trevor L. (4/5)

Love these pants

"I bought these pants for my October mule deer hunt and so far I couldn’t be more happy with them! I am 5‘11“, 175 pounds, I wear 32 x 32 Levi jeans and the mediums fit perfectly! I have worn these around town and on a few hikes thus far and I’m very happy with the fit, and the features went out on the trail or in the woods. I will probably end up buying a second pair in an additional. , and the features went out on the trail or in the woods. I will probably end up buying a second pair in a additional color as well."

Daniel F. (5/5)

Love them

"I love the material. Tough enough yet comfortable. It also alows to move freely."

Jonatan H. (5/5)

Excellent

"I have and have owned many popular hunting pants and none compare in terms of fit, durability, seams and stitching, and side hip vent to de havilland and de havilland lite. There are no better pants for spring or early to mid fall hunts than de havilland lites. 100% recommend."
