"Got one for my 15 degree bag and had one for my 0 also. They work great."
"This compression is a must add for the sleeping bag."
"Works perfectly to compress my sleeping bag and save space in my pack."
"Works as described light weight however the compression straps consistently slip through the buckles. Expected so much more from stone glacier especially for the price"
"I recently purchased two sizes. The medium for my Chilkoot 0 degree bag, and the small for my tent. While they look like they are well made in terms of materials for the body and cap, the compression straps are pretty much awful. After spending about 10 minutes wrestling with the sleeping bag to get it into its new home, I was left with the straps being fully extended to the place where I could not grasp them to pull. After some initial swearing, I did realize that squishing down the top of the bag allowed me purchase to tighten the straps, but really, making them 3 inches longer would have avoided that hassle. The next fun fact is that the straps/buckles do not cinch tightly together, so after compressing they just pop back out to full length. I solved this by tying the tag end of the strap in a knot below the buckle, but once again, should I really have to do this? Finally, the pictures showing a compressed 14L sack on the SG site are misleading as there is no way you are going to get the sack that small with the Chilkoot 0 inside it. I saved about 2-3 inches in height and maybe 1-1.5” in diameter over the stuff sack that came with the sleeping bag. Not trivial, but not awesome. Considering the other very high quality SG gear I have, these are a disappointment."
"Effective and simple to use."
