The Stone Glacier Cirque Jacket is the multi-tool of your hunting layering kit. The PrimaLoft insulation provides an ample amount of warmth and layering ability when sitting still to glass. The Cirque features pit zips for heat and moisture management when you're on the move. DWR Pertex® fabric provides superior breathability as well as wind and moisture resistance to help protect you from the elements.

"Very versatile and functional. The Cirque jacket quickly became my go outer layer for cold mornings, the vents at the sides help dump heat as you go. I would recommend that you buy the size you normally wear and it fits well under my large M5 jacket."

"super nice insulation jacket. for me its right in between the kuiu kenai (and super down ultra) and the kuiu super down pro or SG Grumman. So, warmer than the first two, but not as warm as the heavier down jackets. Fit is on the athletic side. I am 5'8" 175 with a 42" chest and 32" waist. The Large fits me well. I really like the hood and upper neck area of the jacket. super functional. you can have the hood on and still move around to glass and look without the hood obstructing your view. The high collar is done right as well, you can zip it up all the way for max warmth without it choking you. For me this is an active cold wx jacket. I think it pairs well under an M7. If its colder out and you may need to pack with an insulation piece on, this is the way to go. The face fabric is much tougher to withstand the pack straps and brush better than the down counterparts. same goes if its just going to be wet the whole trip. If its warmer or higher exertion levels, leave this and grab a lighter puffy to only put on when stopped."

However the jacket does not hold up very well I have only had it for about 2 months and really have not abused it very much. Threads are starting to come undone especially around the zipper and cuffs. Disappointed to spend that much money and not have great longevity."
"This jacket is everything that I was looking for. This jacket is extremely warm and does its job. Thankful for the pit zips to release the extra heat when it gets too warm. As the other reviews stated, it is on the athletic side. I am 6/5 265lbs and went with the XXL. The arm length was ok for this jacket and is usually a place where I have issues. Overall, I am very pleased with it, and would tell anyone looking for a quality SG piece to consider this when looking for a synthetic jacket."
