PointsGood glass is important, but just as important is the tripod and head system that glass sits upon. The Sirui ET-2204 w/ VA-5X Head Kit is ideal for any hunt during any season. With a combined weight right at 4 lbs, there's no reason to leave it behind. You will spot more games and enjoy your time behind the glass. Built to handle the most uneven of terrains this combo is compact enough for any backcountry adventure.

"Looking for a new more packable option for my hunts. After lots of searching his seemed to be just right for me. Good review information available in video format from the GH team breaking everything down between model and options that I found invaluable in my selection."
"Might be a little heavy if you do a lot of back country hunting but I wanted to make sure it would balance ok with a BTX 95mm which it does great. It does have retractable spikes in the legs which wasn't listed in the description if someone is looking for that. Love the VA-5 head, very smooth."
"Bought this one after consulting with Go Hunt’s optics shop. Waited for a really windy day, mounted my 82mm Kowa, and found that it is very solid. The fluid head offers very smooth movement. I’ll be using it on a hunt in AZ next week."
