"This is an excellent tripod. Very easy/lightweight to pack, very stable, easy/quick to set up, the E-10 ball is silky smooth, and a great aid in spotting critters. There is some crouching involved if you are taller and set it up for a standing position (I am 6'1") but a solid power stance fixes that for me. My unit will be going on it's third season come this spring and no defects or damage to speak of. Still works like a charm."
