THESE ARE STUNNING!
"The picture of the Buck at 810 yds doesn't look good due to taking the picture through my phone. The picture quality is not the fault of the binos, they are crystal clear! I found that buck in my first 10 minutes glassing with these. I've had these for almost 2 full weeks, and so far I've spent about 5 hours behind them. I need more time to allow my eyes to adjust to them, but so far the quality of these is absolutely stunning. First off, I'll start with the bad. . . . out of tons of lower end binos I've had throughout the years, these aren't any better with edge to edge clarity when compared to something like a Vortex DB 10x42. I'm seeing some chromatic aberration towards the outside, but when I switch back to the Diamondbacks the Zulu's are definitely WAY better. Color, contrast and Sharpness is AMAZING on these binos, and I'm noticing how much easier it is to see detail that I otherwise wouldn't see with Db's. One thing I'm having a difficult time with is the focusing. The focus wheel is very fine and crisp, but I feel like the focus doesn't have enough depth if that makes sense. I'll spend a good amount of time trying to fine tune it when viewing long distance. The low light performance is definitely very good, better than anything I've owned, but on a really cloudy day the resolution goes way down. That being said, you're getting a hell of a deal with these binos. I've read lots of users putting these up against Razor HD's, and while I haven't looked through Razors in a while, $300 less for something comparable to what many consider a top dog is just the icing on the cake. I'll admit, my left eye has become a bit fuzzy in my old age (I'm 38) and I definitely need to see an eye doctor, however, I never considered making an appointment until I saw the clarity of the world through these binos. They really are AMAZING. Stop putting Vortex on a pedestal, try out these Zulu's and I bet you will love them. Thanks Sig Sauer for an awesome product!"
