"Tons of room! Goes up in a couple of minutes and lite enough for 2 guys to take out on their backs. Had to buy liners directly from seek, and be prepared to seam seal it yourself."

The Eight Person Lightweight Tipi is roomy, stormworthy and offers stand-up & walk-around space. A truly sustainable backcountry home, great for family camping, late-season hunting, winter adventures, or a base camp. It is capable of sleeping up to eight with minimal gear, or four people with a stove. Great for early season archery hunts by itself or add a titanium packable stove to the already integrated stove jack and backpack hunt well into the winter months. For the 8-person tipi, you should use the SXL stove with at least a 9' stove pipe. This tipi ships with the aluminum center pole, canopy, 20 aluminum stakes, a storage sack, and one tube of Silnet.
***Single-wall, floor-less shelters tend to produce more condensation than traditional double-wall tents. Factors like humidity, ground moisture, and vegetation will impact the amount of condensation inside your tent. We recommend pitching your tent in an elevated position to increase airflow and bringing a small towel to wipe the inside of your tent periodically to reduce dripping.***

"Excellent tent, easy to split up into other packs. Good to have on hunts with three or more people since it has ample space for your gear inside and permits the use of a wood stove. The overall tent is so light that it's easy to justify bringing it with a group of 3-7 hunters (eight is pushing it). The zippers are very strong and smooth. For holes, I use tenacious tape and wrap it around the center pole. I still haven't upgraded to a wood stove yet, but have my eyes set on the Argali stove if GoHunt happens to get a long enough stove pipe. The pipe needs to be at least a foot above the highest point of the shelter. The Argali stove seems to be just the right size for this SO tent as well as the smaller tents made by both SO and Argali."
"Bought one to try out for our back country hunts and it's great! You have plenty of room and it's super lightweight for those long hauls back in. Quick and easy to put up and holds up to pretty rough winds. Gives you a lot of flexibility with different styles of pitching it as well. I do recommend getting the liner for it though as it will build condensation pretty bad with it being single wall."
