The ultra-light Ember quilt is an incredibly versatile sleep system that has many uses. Its balance of size and weight make it an excellent choice for travel, cycle touring, ultra-light backpacking and more. It could also be used as an additional layer for extra warmth. The Ember quilt can be used in several configurations. You can simply sleep under it like a traditional blanket or if the weather is colder you can tighten the foot draw-cord to create a mummy-shaped foot box. Press studs down the side of the quilt will close the lower half to trap more warmth. Tightening the foot draw cord will also create a clever pocket that can be secured over the end of your sleeping mat. The upper section of the quilt can be secured to the mat with the supplied adjustable strap system, which connects to the quilt with press studs.

"I tend to not do well with mummy bags. Too tight in the shoulders and I inevitably wind up with the bottom part on top of me or just using it as a quilt anyways. This quilt solves all of that nicely, I can turn over in total comfort, and it stays put nicely when you use the straps and pad as a system. Easy to adjust, and you can cinch it down at the feet for extra warmth. Stayed warm in an early snowstorm in a 3 season tent. I'm a fan."
