"I love the solitude teepee but wouldn’t ever use it during bug season due to being floorless. The nest is worth the weight for the added space of using the teepee scouting vs moving to a free standing shelter. If it’s cold enough for the stove I can run it floorless. If I don’t need the stove I pack the nest. Has taken my teepee to being essentially the only shelter I need year round."
"Got this for summer backpacking trips with the with the family, it fits 2 kids and my wife and I plus some gear near the doors. My one gripe is it doesn’t fit in the bag while attached to the tent, we just put them both together in another stuff sack to expedite setup on trips."
