"I’ve used these now for 3 years and have killed 2 bulls. One with a frontal & the other broadside. Both times they’ve left a great wound channel which I can’t say for my brothers Valkyrie at 3X the price. Took a little work to tune them to my bow but not much different than other fixed broadheads. I personally haven’t had any break. The first pack I got in there old packaging definitely needed to be sharpened but the last 2 have been solid out of the box."
"Alright, I reviewed these heads before with a glowing review. They still are my favorite design but my opinion has greatly changed. I have shot these for 2 years and had pretty good durability. Now I have had 5 heads break in 2 months... The latest being my 3rd that unexplainably broke off in foam at elk camp before my first hunt. I now have 3 broadheads stuck in 3 different expensive broadhead targets. Heck for that price I could have bought 12 Iron Will. I took these off and screwed on some Sevr 1.5. Waiting for a Vector 3b to come out now since I like the compact 3b design. For the price I'd try the Slick SS3 vs these."
"These broadheads look like they are going to work for me. Two things: they come extremely dull, even had little nicks on the blades, if you don’t plan on sharpening, don’t buy. Second thing is that I had to switch to a four fletch to get them to fly with my field tips, they would otherwise plane out to the left. (Yes I tried tuning my bow to them but the only way it would work was to take my bow out of tune) All that being said they are a solid 1 piece and easy to sharpen so I’m looking forward to using them."
"So dull I wouldn't shoot them at an animal. You can always sharpen them but it takes way to much effort for $50 a pack they did fly great but it's not worth the extra hassle time is money"
"I've tried many many heads and settled on the OzCut 3b. Lot's of positives here: 1) Extremely compact and flies fantastic, 2) Easily sharpened, 3) Back angled and sharpened - Easy on the target. 4) Very quiet in flight A few downsides: They don't come very sharp, cut diameters that deviate from advertised. The cut diameter on the 100 grain is barely over 1" and the 125 is 1 1/16" maybe. It is also a metal injected broadhead then appears to be finished via machining. Making it a little less strong than a fully machined head. It's so short and stout though it doesn't seem to matter. The weak point seems to be the threads where I had one break. My bull last year didn't know the difference though as it passed through on a frontal and died in yards."
