*If you are in-between sizes we recommend that you size down. This will ensure that you have the ability to tighten the waist belt under a heavy load and or after having spent multiple days in the backcountry and having lost a few pounds.
Waist Circumference: Measure around your waist just above the top of your hip bones (roughly two fingers below your belly button).
Torso: Use a tailors tape measure or string and have a friend measure between the bony bump at the base of your neck (C7 vertebra) to the spot on your spine that is just behind your belly button.

"I took this pack on an elk hunt in Colorado. I used it as a day pack, though I know I could've packed more in it if needed. We hunted from sun up to su down. It worked great for all of my gear (food, clothes, med kit, water bladder etc). I would highly recommend this product."
