*If you are in-between sizes we recommend that you size down. This will ensure that you have the ability to tighten the waist belt under a heavy load and or after having spent multiple days in the backcountry and having lost a few pounds.
Waist Circumference: Measure around your waist just above the top of your hip bones (roughly two fingers below your belly button).
Torso: Use a tailors tape measure or string and have a friend measure between the bony bump at the base of your neck (C7 vertebra) to the spot on your spine that is just behind your belly button.

"This pack was pretty much everything I was looking for as day pack with meat hauling capabilities. Caught a great sale price, ordered it. Upon arrival and trying the pack out with gear loaded, discovered it was a very noisy pack, even when standing and breathing it would squeak. Being a bow hunter just was not acceptable, so returned it."

"Putting together my hunting kit has been expensive for me. I’m on a fixed income and have kids so I have to pick my gear carefully. Over the past few years I have bought several used pack to get by but each one had significant shortcomings that made them difficult. This pack hall’s weight well. Compresses great for day hunts and organized my gear well. I’m a western hunter hunting out of a wall tent putting on between 3-8 miles per day. This pack is what I should have bought 5 years ago but couldn’t afford it at the time. I would not recommend the 50 for multiple day backpack hunts. I would go to a larger option like the 70. I bought this pack on sale for less than $400. Super pleased and the fact the make packs for our military and wild land firefighters means a lot to me being a retired army medic."
