"True to size and will fit your bag based off of recommended sizes. I have this in both a medium and a large. The large fits the mystery ranch metcalf the best of the pack is full of gear for an elk hunt or multiple day hunt. If your only using the metcalf for a day pack it will still work fine but the medium will also work."
