The My Medic Sidekick First Aid Pouch is a compact and portable option for a wide range of minor everyday injuries in any environment. The Sidekick is designed to be a comprehensive stand-alone first aid solution but also makes a great on-the-go addition to your heavier and bulkier MyFAK kit. The Sidekick features a tear-away Velcro back panel that can be removed and left at home if not needed to save on weight and bulk in your pack. Once the back panel is removed an integrated strap system attached to the pouch can be used to carry the Sidekick from the truck or basecamp into the backcountry when you can't afford to move the patient or run out of supplies from your Hiker Medic Pack. All the items used in this pack are hand-picked by medical professionals and patients who deal with these situations daily. Safety is key during any hunt, but we all know things can and will go wrong so make sure you’re prepared with your Sidekick.

"Comprehensive kits of all sizes. Have 4 different sizes for the truck, the garage and the backcountry options depending on size of adventure. Hiker and burn refill packs are also excellent. Bags are top notch, rugged and love the molle options. Goes great with all my Mystery Ranch packs. Will keep buying. Need one for the shop/office next and one for the Mrs’s vehicle."
