"I like this meal, it's not fancy, it's very simple and tastes good. I'm never worried about heart burn or an upset stomach from this meal and it seems to be very filling (must be the rice). Also, kids seem to love this meal, don't know why. Every kid I have ever made this for has loved it, my kids have asked to have it for dinner at home."
