| Chest |
With your arms relaxed at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape snug but not tight. |
| Torso | Measure from the base of your neck straight down to your natural waistline. Keep the tape comfortably snug and follow the contour of your body without pulling tight. |
