I tested a pair on an Idaho elk hunt this year. I was so impressed, I ordered 4 more pairs for myself and kids. Great comfort and warmth.
These socks are comfortable and warm but if you get cold feet or are hunting in very cold conditions I would also get their warmer socks. To me these socks wouldn’t be warm enough in really cold conditions with wind without insulated boots. I don’t have insulated boots so if I’m going on a December January hunt in the freezing cold I’m going with the warmer ones. All in all they are decent. A little expensive for what they are but they are better then the Duck ones from sportsmen’s
Warm toes let you go go go. Great socks.
The best socks I’ve owned for sure. Wore these in 32 degree weather in 200 gram insulated boots and my feet were only a little cold. Not deathly cold like they were before trying these socks.
They are very warm and comfortable for late season elk hunting
