These socks are very comfortable and very warm.
Good sock
Thinner cushion and insulation than I was expecting but they are tall and stay taught. I wore these 3 days in a row bow hunting elk in montana with very wet snow and rain each day. I never took them off in those 3 days and they were still tight and comfortable even when they were soaked through. I’d like to see a thicker sock in the future but these are going to be a favorite of mine.
I ordered a large over the calf Kenetrek Alaska super duty merino wool sock but it only covers 2/3 rds of the calf. The socks are well made but they cut into the calf making them uncomfortable.
