BreakdownFor hunters who like to travel light, and be comfortable while glassing, the Helinox Chair Zero is a great way to sit comfortably without adding a bunch of extra weight. The anodized DAC aluminum poles support up to 265 lbs, yet packs down to no bigger than most water bottles.
Great for cooking when you are cooking on the ground. doesn’t hurt the back.. just don’t lean back if downhill.
I'm a big guy, 6'4" 260lbs and it held me up! This will work perfectly in a few weeks while glassing for Mule Deer in Utah!
This is a great little chair and the pros are definitely how light and packable it is. In those regards, this is by far the best chair of its kind out there. The negative for me is that it sits way too low to the ground and it is more difficult to get out of because of the low seat height.
A new must have at camp, but I use it pretty much anywhere. Light enough to pack on day hunts to glass or relax.
Is light enough to carry in my pack to glassing locations. Won’t work on uneven ground.
