This compression sack is made from a durable polyester that provides protection without being completely waterproof. The cinch straps are made with high-test paracord, reducing weight while providing extra paracord for instances where you might need some yardage in a pinch. The four loops on the list have reflective striping, making it easy to find in your pack or tent.

Generally speaking, the colder rating on your bag, the larger compression sack (or stuff sack) you'll need.
