BreakdownHang it, light it, crush it. This collapsible solar-powered lantern is a lightweight companion to any adventure, with 60 lumens of usable light on high and a 35 hour run-time on low. The Crush Light also features a soft, candle flicker mode for ambiance. If it gets cloudy you can also charge this lantern with the included micro USB cord.
Have the same issue as another reviewer. The lantern is fully charged, however it will not stay on for more than a few seconds. The light just dims itself until it turns itself off. Takes about 30 seconds. I turn it on again, and it starts out at full brightness, but then it does the same thing again.
So after my initial review, I need to commend Go Hunt and specifically Bryan Campos on their unmatched and stellar customer service. Go Hunt now has a customer for life. Bryan reached out to me regarding my initial review with the light just not staying on. He and the techs gave possible reasons, which didn't fix the issue. So they are sending me a new light. I didn't ask for it, but it's quite possible I got a single bad one and they truly stand behind their products. Bravo on GoHunt and Bryan. I appreciate it more than I can express. Thank you.
I like the concept, but the issue is it won't stay on. I know it's charged well, turn it on and it will shut off within 5 minutes.
Goal Zero Crush Light Lantern
Seems like a high quality product that I'll use backcountry hunting/camping. Once charged the light can be used for a couple of nights. I'll test it out further on a CO back country hunt this fall.
