Love it works awsome brighter then I thought it would be
Boy do I feel dumb! My previous video of the goal zero light was in demo mode. Hold the power button for 10 seconds to take it out of demo mode.... great little light and the customer service at goHunt.com is unsurpassable.
My light did the same as the other posters. It stays on for a
Few seconds then dims and then shuts off completely
Have the same issue as another reviewer. The lantern is fully charged, however it will not stay on for more than a few seconds. The light just dims itself until it turns itself off. Takes about 30 seconds. I turn it on again, and it starts out at full brightness, but then it does the same thing again.
So after my initial review, I need to commend Go Hunt and specifically Bryan Campos on their unmatched and stellar customer service. Go Hunt now has a customer for life. Bryan reached out to me regarding my initial review with the light just not staying on. He and the techs gave possible reasons, which didn't fix the issue. So they are sending me a new light. I didn't ask for it, but it's quite possible I got a single bad one and they truly stand behind their products. Bravo on GoHunt and Bryan. I appreciate it more than I can express. Thank you.
