The Fjallraven Abisko Trail Fleece is a light, convenient hooded sweater that combines two different fleece fabrics to warm where it is needed most and keep weight and packing volume down. The hood, shoulders, and chest are made from flat-knitted polyester fleece with a soft brushed inside. The hooded sweater is perfect as your outer-layer for spring/fall trail runs or as a mid-layer insulator for you later season hunts.

"Euro fit and zipper. Runs slim and the zipper is on the left side. Fabric is lightweight, soft to the touch with a bit of gridding in spots. Not a lot of insulation, but enough when a warm day starts to cool off a little. I've worn it at work when I've had to walk into the AC controlled compute lab and on days when outside temps drop down to mid 40s. Collar of the hood runs high. It comes up over my mouth when zipped all the way up. The leather-ish chest pocket zipper pull curled after a few cycles through washer/dryer. Not a big deal as it's still usable. Where it shines is when you want a base+ layer under your insulation layers. It fits tight enough to wear between your base t-shirt and the looser midlayer, like a Sitka heavyweight, without adding a lot of bulk. Works great this way for those cold mornings sitting around for spring gobblers to fly down. Then start peeling off layers as the day warms up."
