Engineered through two years of scientific testing, the DCA Super Sabre Vanes bring aerospace-level performance to your arrow setup. Developed using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), NASA stability calculations, and custom wind tunnel testing, these vanes are optimized for precision, control, and stability in real-world flight conditions. Each vane is individually molded for unmatched consistency, with a near-perfect weight tolerance of 7.1 ± 0.1 grains.
Made from the same ultra-tough material used on the exterior of golf balls, Super Sabres resist damage from pass-throughs and maintain shape after stretching. For a nearly permanent bond, use the Sabre Primer Pen and Bob Smith Maxi-Cure adhesive. This 40-pack is ready for serious shooters who demand consistency and durability at the highest level.

"I love DCA vanes. They're whisper quiet, steer my fixed and mechanical broadheads (QAD Exodus & SEVR Hybrids this year), and are very lightweight which gives me a lot of flexibility with sure builds. I'm extremely pleased with then and have never had issues with sticking to my Easton 5. 0's. the yellow and pink colors combined with a custom 3" hot pink 4 grain wrap make them easy to locate in the brush."
"Overall pretty pleased with these vanes, put a 2° left helical on a 5 mm eastern axis. Everything turned out great."
"Some of the best"
"These vanes adhered fine using 70%+ isopropyl alcohol as a primer. The new Easton 5. 0 shafts I out them on flew true and were very quiet using these vanes. The material is flexible enough to handle all kinds of bumps and pass-throughs without distorting or staying bent. I’m really pleased with these vanes!"
"Put these on some arrows to compare with the MaxHunters. I had seen the results from the Broadhead and Vane Comparison study, but was very surprised at how much more quiet these are than the MaxHunters. They steer a broadhead extremely well."
"They fly super quietly."
"Super fast service. The Vane is the best on the market will buy lots more"
"Good vanes. Don’t adhere as good as AAEs but still good!"
