Description

The Carter Wise Choice 24 3 Finger Release has been updated for 2024 with a more durable Wise Choice 24 trigger and an extension bar for increased adjustability. This versatile release also features a universal handle similar to the popular First Choice model, designed for consistent index finger placement and added security with a hole for a light glove. The auto-closing jaw and Screw Tension Adjustment System make for quick and precise attachment and tension customization. Additionally, the Wise Choice 24 comes with a removable lanyard system, giving bowhunters the option of clipping it onto their loop or keeping it on their wrist. This release is the "Wise Choice" for any hunter. Also available in a 4 finger option.

"I bought this to use as a backup to my Stan onnex. It's a really nice release and was more affordable than the onnex. The size fits my hand well I would say it's on the larger size (I shoot and XL onnex and the carter was comfortable in my hand). The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the Carter is just not as adjustable as the onnex (and some others on the market) I wish there was more adjustability in the thumb stud and trigger position this is where the release falls behind the onnex in my opinion."

Hands down best trigger ever made

"I replace my rifle triggers before ever shooting them and never thought that an archery trigger would be so similar. Extremely smooth with adjustable creep. I have read the reviews talking about the click from the trigger opening being to loud for hunting, but if you adjust your latch appropriately there is very minimal noise and I have yet to have an animal jump my string because of it. Worth the money and I plan on buying a second one to always have a backup of this trigger vs using a cheap one as a back up for emergency. I don’t think I could use any other trigger now."
