Lots of light
"I bought this as a lighter weight option to the Black Diamond Distance 1500. I tested this on a recent mule deer backpack hunt and the light output was exceptional. It was a good compromise for light output and weight compared to the Distance 1500. My hunting partner always relied on me to light up the trail during our hikes in the dark. I am used to the Black Diamond system which made it an easy transition from one headlamp to another. It can be annoying if you bump the light accidentally with your fingers when I'm adjusting my hat or beanie that causes the headlamp to go to max illumination. Battery life was good as well. I'm glad this was available at GoHunt, my go to store for all my hunting and outdoor needs."
