The pads are tested by a third party and are rated with an R-Value of 4.2 for three-season use. Save your breath for the miles ahead and use the included pad inflation sack to inflate. The Rapide SL Insulated Sleeping Pad is lighter, tougher, easier to inflate/deflate, and provides superior performance and packability for any adventure.
