Too small for stocky people.

"I bought this for a Montana back country elk hunt. It's super light and packs down to the size of a small watermelon. The problem with this bag is that it's made for skinny people. I bought the long bag, I'm 5'10" 250lbs and it's just too small. I'm sure it will work just fine if you fit in it."

Good concept and TBD performance

"I have only tested during summer months at about 8500'. With nights getting to the mid 50's the quilt was plenty warm, I slept in my shorts and tee shirt with the side zip on the quilt open. I have not tested with the mummy bag, but when I tried it out at home just to see the fit and feeling, I started sweating right away. The zippers are tough and could use improvement. Trying to unzip the mummy bag inside the quilt, proved tough, so I will most likely not zip it up all the way unless really cold. I tend to wear my puffy gear in my sleeping bag when it gets real cold anyway. I got the regular and I am 5'11", 180lbs. Laying on my back, I felt like there was not enough room in the foot box to stretch my feet, so I would go up to a long. Side sleeping was perfectly comfortable, that's what I love about quilts with a fitted sheet. It is about as close to sleeping at home in the back country as it gets. I ran it with a thremarest neoair xtherm max, and it's awesome. I got this on sale, and that is about the right price for it. The full price I think is a little too much."
