The versatile awing-style doors can be set up using trekking poles or included guy lines. Big Agnes's proprietary corner construction, Unique TipLok Tent Buckle streamlines the tents set up by combining three functions: secure pile-tip capture, rainfly attachment, and stake-out loop. The piece features a keyed hole so the pole tip locks into place during setup. The hinged design stabilizes the structure by equalizing the force between the tent body, rainfly, and ground stakes.
