"Would have given 5 stars however this knife has been out of stock here on go hunt for far too long vs other sites. Have not used the knife on an animal yet but but the look and feel it’s going to work amazingly"

"I've used this knife for several years and even purchased one for my brother too. Great size, solid construction, pretty much the perfect utilitarian field knife for field dressing any western game. I've used it on several pronghorn, multiple deer, several elk and a bison, still looks like new and works great. The steel is fairly tough to sharpen when it gets really dull, but as long as you keep up the blade you'll never have any issues. No gimmicks or frills on this knife, even the jimping on the spine is done deep enough to be functional when the knife is bloody and covered in animal material. I have the original version, my brother has this newer version (which is slightly lighter and thinner blade and doesn't have a belt compatible sheath) but we're both very happy with this knife."
