"I am in love with this tripod. I was a bit concerned it would be a bit harder to quickly adjust the height without having a center column, but not having the center column lets you get the tripod much closer to your body and I feel like it totally changes what is possibly for glassing positions. It is so comfortable to sit under this tripod that I actually fell asleep glassing one day this past September. I haven’t shot my rifle much from this yet, but I’ve practiced a lot of positions and really like how easy it is to get to a useable height quickly with only having the two leg sections"
