I decided on this bipod mainly because of the cant and pan feature. Debated between the standard and tall, ultimately decided on the standard height after watching several video reviews. At the range it was solid and easily adjustable, the QD detachment makes it easy to stow away until you need to make a shot in the field. The ultimate test will come in November in MT! I would buy this again.
It is such a great bipod. An the service was great an shipping was prompt an quick I’ll definitely be back to buy another one f
Works great and pretty solid. Adjusts quickly on the move.
Very well made product. Only knock is it’s definitely a bit on the heavy side especially by the time you mount the required pic rail (compared to Spartan). Rock solid platform and a good option for practice and/or if you’re not putting a ton of steep miles on your boots.
This thing is a beast. It is built very sturdy and can withstand quite a bit of rough usage. However, they tension knob for the cant/fore/aft resistance is not the easiest to access witht he legs in the way and doesnt get very resistant. They should have put the same locking mechanism in place for the cant as they did for the fore and aft, because even at the most resistant the knob will go, the recoil of a 308 uses the cant to twist the rifle in a very unnatural way.
