"Works perfectly to attach argali poles together for my 4p tipi. Flat sides provide an area to grip and loosen. Can be easy to over tighten. Just used a multi tool or pinched in-between two logs to loosen. The piece is smaller than expected and being black i was worried it would get lost while in the back country. I whipped a peice of 550 paracord to it and tied the other end to my gear pouch."
