How to Find Your Measurements
Chest Size Measurement
- With arms relaxed at your sides, measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist Size Measurement
- With arms at your sides, measure the narrowest part of you waist, or just above the belly button.
Seat Measurement
- Measure around the seat of your pants at the widest part.
Sleeve Measurement
- With arm relaxed at your side and slightly bent, measure from center back neck, across the shoulder to elbow and down to the wrist.
