Solid Tripod

"Yes it's expensive. . . . yes it's worth it. By the time you buy 3 Amazon specials you would have paid for this. Very solid angle settings. The leg locking mechanism is awesome. The Tri-Tec center post makes this thing fold up super small. Save up. . . buy it on sale, you won't be disappointed."

Packable

"The new AD is incredibly small and easy to pack. Changing the center post was a great move! I highly recommend if you glass from camp and then want to pack up and hike in."

Jason H. (5/5)

Great Tripod

"Lighter and more compact than my previous carbon tripod. I really like it paired with the BP Head."

Bradford H. (5/5)

Great Tripod!

"Very impressed with this tripod. Lightweight, small profile, and sturdy. I’ve seen some people complain about the reverse twist locks but not a big deal to develop a different habit when extending!"

Jared F. (5/5)

Well done Tricer

"This tripod is incredible. Great design, well built, and performs great."

Brandon A. (5/5)

Reverse thread on the legs

"I would give a 5 star review, however I hate, hate, hate the fact that the legs on the tripod are reverse thread l. so turn to the right and it means it loosen instead of tighten. Other than that its great. But that’s going to make muscle memory extremely hard for me to get the tripod setup fast when I need it fast."

Bobby (3/5)

Great Tripod

"The new AD tripod is a big increase in performance from the original. Well worth the investment."

Ryan D. (5/5)
