"weight was my biggest concern as my new hunting rifle is 9 lbs. (she’s a big ol gal I know) I love the scope. For the money and weight I don’t know of a better option. Several came close, but I’m happy with my decision. The only cons I see are as follows. There is no FFP option for the 3-15x42. The windage knob is mushy. The top target turrets detent (when unlocking) is pretty weak. You loose a boat load of elevation adjustment when you use the zero stop (still worth it, defiantly get a 20 moa rail) Again for the price and weight I couldn’t be happier"
"I now own 3 of these scopes. I currently have them on my 6.5 x 55 and my 280 AI. I've tested the zero stop on both rifles with factory ammo and found it to be dead on out to 500 meters. My son is 14 and we can both use either rifle to engage targets out to that distance. Glass is clear, edges a pretty clean. Having the top half of the scope open helps to get a clear picture of what you are shooting at. This scope has the best hunting reticle I've ever used."
