Breakdown
The Slik PRO CF-734 is a full-size tripod extending to 65 inches and folds down to a compact 18.7 inches. Though lightweight, 3 lbs, the CF-734 handles up to 11 lbs. The legs also feature A.R.S (Anti-Rotational System) designed into the leg locks and do not allow the individual legs sections to rotate inside each other. Each leg also has an independent lock that sets in one 3 angles to vary the height and stance of the tripod.
The four-leg sections are secured and loosened with twist locks. Because the legs are non-rotating, you can unlock all of a leg’s stages at once by twisting the three large rubber grips with one hand. This enables fast setup.

I have owned the cf-834 tripod, I cannot go back to another aluminum tripod now.
I ordered this tripod because it is even a little lighter but has the same height capability.
Was looking for an upgrade and Cody nailed it. Perfect set up for my type of hunting. Light and easy to set up. First tripod with twist locks and won’t go back to flip locks after using this.
The best tripod for the money. Paired with the VA-5 head. I run 10x42 and 15x56 binos on it and have no doubt it would work well for a spotter also. Good balance of light weight and stability.
After upgrading my glass I wanted a tripod that can do it all... spotting scope, camera, and binoculars. This does it flawlessly for me. I can use it standing up with ease, and enjoy the adjustability of the legs over my previous tripod.
I paired this with a Sirui VA5 head and comes in right at 4 lbs on my scale. Yes a tad heavy, but totally worth the stability glassing long range in the backcountry.
Really pleased with this tripod. Light enough to backpack but tall enough for to stand straight up and glass. Very good quality. I use it for long range shooting spotting and then glassing in the field hunting. Paired it with the VA-5 head. Would definitely recommend.
