The Sirui T-004SK Aluminum Tripod paired with the VA-5X Compact Fluid Head is a great setup, and you can't beat the price for this kit. Even though this tripod is aluminum it is still very light, coming in at 3.5 pounds. It is tall enough to glass off of standing if you are average height and using an angled spotter. The twist locks allow for quiet and easy opening of the tripod. They also help reduce snags on straps and your other gear. The load capacity of 6 lb 9.6 oz is enough to handle almost all spotting scopes and binos. The VA-5X head is extremely smooth, easy to use, and versatile making it the perfect head for glassing. It is also very compact and lightweight. All in all this kit is a great set-up for any hunter and is available at an unbeatable price.

"Works great, and head mives very smooth. It is a little on the heavy side, but honestly great value for the money."
"I was looking for a replacement for my older Vortex tripod. This is night and day difference. The legs are sturdy on uneven terrain. The pan-head tracks very well. I am quite pleased with my purchase. As usual, Gohunt is quick to deliver."
"This is by far the best tripod I’ve handled in its price range and even better than a lot of tripods twice its price! Silky smooth head locks up tight in its tracks quick and easily the quick tabs for the legs work flawlessly and make setting this up for glassing a breeze. I have not one complaint about this thing and honestly don’t ever see myself buying anything else. GOHUNT as always was fast in getting my order shipped and my product arrived in perfect condition! Anyone who’s on the fence about buying this kit, DONT BE! It is well worth the money and will handle whatever you throw at this thing!"
"Truly great value, this head is top notch and the aluminum tripod is great. I did a ton of research and could not find anything even close to comparable for a similar price. Works perfectly!"
"Easy to use and super smooth head. It is pretty heavy but worth it if you're glassing a lot."
"Big improvement over my previous tripod. It has a very smooth and sturdy fluid head and the legs adjust easily and are stable. Still get some wobble when fully extended but that’s to be expected."
"Good piece for the price"
