Breakdown
MSR DromLite Bags offer a high-capacity, lightweight water storage system that collapses down to the size of their cap. Constructed of a rugged film and RF-welded seams, the BPA-free food-grade lining ensures better-tasting water and doesn't break down if the water freezes. These bags alleviate the bulk of water hauling utility bags. The 3-in-1 cap lets you fill, drink, and pour with ease. A loop is provided to easily hang at the camp.

The MSR DromLite 6L Bag, was a great addition to my hydration system for the backcountry.
It is lightweight, packed small, easy to fill my pack bladder, water bottle, and water for my freeze dried meals.
My only challenge with the MSR DromLite Bags are once you get home. You will want to wash out the bags, empty all the water and let them dry out before storing them.
The challenge is getting all the water out of the bag, due to the location of the 3-in-1 cap. I ended up hanging the bag up, stuffing the opening with paper towels to absorb the water that collected between the 3-in-1 cap and the bottom of the bag.
I have not taken it on trail yet but I have filled it and it does not leak. It seems like a quality product.
This is probably one of the best water storage solutions for the backcountry. The poor spout in the cap works very well. I got the 4L which is enough extra water for 2 days of hiking / hunting / camping if I can fill the water bladder in my pack at the same time. Nice to have the extra water at my camp for coffee and breakfast before heading out on a hunt.
MSR DromLite Bags
I like these better than the Platypus bags I have been using. I do believe they are stronger and the are WAY easier to clean. They are a little more spendy but I would rather only buy it once. I am making the switch to them.
