The Work Sharp Guided Field Sharpener is purpose-built for the backcountry hunter. Not only will it sharpen your hunting knife, with a built-in broadhead wrench you can remove, resharpen and reinstall your broadheads. Also, with 2 different coarseness of diamond plates, ceramic rods, and a leather strop, you'll be able to sharpen filet knives, axes, and serrated edges.

Great low profile sharpener

I am admittedly an amateur at sharpening knees and this sharpener allowed me to give my knives a quick tune up. Great addition to the kill kit if your fixed blade hunting knife dulls out in the field

Impressive Field Sharpening Tool

I love knives and I love sharp knives even more. I have several different versions of replaceable blade knives too, but the risk of swapping blades with bloody hands has never sat well with me and you really can't get heavy handed with them either. So more often than not, I am carrying a fixed blade or folder. Finding a lightweight sharpening tool that actually gets a blade back to where I think it should be, it's been a mission of mine, but I think that mission is complete now. I grabbed this sharpener out of the box and went to work on my EDC, it was only a few quick minutes before I was shaving with the blade. Well worth the weight and the money.

Great Sharpener

This sharpener is a great tool and was my entry into blade sharpening. I really like the design and ease of use. It pairs very well with my new Argali Serac I got as well!

Work sharp field sharpener

Took me a bit to figure out the blade geometry, but this thing works. Put some razer sharp edges on some old knives of mine and is light weight enough to be stored in my pack and will come with me anytime I take a knife with me.
