Come unscrewed easily

Easy to install but with my left helical fletching they also come unscrewed pretty easily. I was tightening as best I could without breaking the hot glue bond in my insert (still did with one) and then had 2 come undone after 10-15 shots, one I heard sliding and the other blew out my lighted nock and is lost. No really thrilled with them.
